Located on Boston’s South Shore, Elizabeth Swartz Interiors designed the interior of this newly constructed seaside home to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views from nearly every room throughout the house. Interior and exterior kitchens were designed for both large scale entertaining and cozy dinners whether entertaining inside or out.  The furnishings and fabrics are a unique combination of family heirlooms, as well as new pieces that combine pattern, texture and bold color to create an interior that is chic and sophisticated yet warm and welcoming. “The nook’s bold colors and patterns were chosen to be bright, cheerful and fun,” Elizabeth states in the article. “They help create a more casual look and feel, while allowing the traditionally detailed custom cabinetry, millwork and furnishings to anchor the spaces.”
